La nouvelle série élite de chauffages de patio aux granulés de bois Timber allie performance et style dans un seul et même produit. L’objectif de ce poêle est de fournir de la chaleur de la tête aux pieds, avec en prime un design élégant en acier inoxydable. Ne nécessitant pas d’électricité, la flamme de ce poêle est alimentée uniquement par la gravité et le courant d’air créé par le tuyau du poêle. L’utilisation de granulés de bois comme combustible alternatif écologique est tout à fait logique par rapport au prix élevé et à l’inefficacité du propane. Les granulés fonctionnent à un quart du coût d’exploitation, tout en produisant deux fois plus de BTU.

The pipe is too thin, but otherwise it’s a nice unit. Ordered the elite but didn’t get my cage yet. Hopefully it hides the crooked upper pipe.

Received our Big Timber Elite late spring (quite warm already I might add) and of course we couldn’t wait to put it together and fire it up regardless of the temperatures. So we did! Super impressed! Our biggest struggle was deciding where to put it as we have more than one outdoor spot that is perfect for this heater. In fact, it is easy to move as well so we have used it in more than one location. I would also like to share that the ordering process and responsiveness from the team was exceptional!
The installation was simple, and it is very easy to operate. We also love the look of the stainless cage. Not to mention the confidence the safety cage gives us in the added protection for our furry friends who spend time with us when we are outside enjoying the unit.
Now that the temperatures here in the south are starting to feel like fall in the evenings, this unit is going to get a lot of usage bringing family and friends together.

Awesome product. Everything they advertised is true for me. Incredibly well made. Easy to operate. Wonderful warm radiant heat. I’ve had the propane heaters that they compare with. This is such a far superior heater. It doesn’t use a lot of pellets but I run it so much I’m starting to buy in bulk. Couldn’t be happier. Nothing better than the whole family sitting around outside having fun and this heater makes that possible. Very happy customer.

I’ve had my elite for about a year now and I love it! This thing looks amazing and the heat feels great! With the hopper extension I can fit the entire 50 pound bag of pellets in it I get somewhere around 5 hours of heat. That comes out to about a dollar an hour. With the cage around the elite I feel much safer with children/pets around it and the heat comes right through the screen. Awesome product!

I own a small restaurant in California, Covid was tough, new rules everyday. Purchased four Big Timber Stoves so we could stay open and serve customers outside. TimberStoves work and create a conversation piece. No more propane issues. Safe and easy for staff. We burn every night, the cost of pellets vs propane has paid for the heaters. We have burned out one fire grate. Replacement cost is about $100.00. Should be noted pellet quality makes a huge difference with heat quality. I like Golden Fire from Lowes or Green Tree also from Lowes. I returned a complete pallet from ACE hardware and the Tractor Supply product is between fair and good.

With friends, I experienced a Timber Heater while dining outside at a restaurant in Carmel Valley, CA. I just knew we had to get one for the patio of our Idaho Cabin. We did. Not going to sugar coat it, I did experience some aggravation putting it together though I am a licensed GC and constructed in in concert with the YouTube video playing, but….. VERY WELL WORTH ANY AGGRAVATION. We simply love the heater. It is better than having an outdoor fireplace. So warm. So pleasant on cool evenings. Our cabin is on Airbnb and our guests are raving about the heater as well. Of the many amenities at the cabin, this is simply the best!

If you want to warm your bald spot and freeze your feet, buy a propane heater. If you want to warm your whole body, buy a Big Timber. The glass view into the firebox is entertainment for your deck. People love to see the fire and don’t miss the propane smell. My kids like to play outside when it snows but always get cold. This heater will put out heat for hours, all day so they can play and never stop.

We bought out Big Timber last winter after trying to use propane heaters to allow us to enjoy our back porch. It works awesome! It not only puts out a lot of warmth, it’s great to look at the fire through the glass. I was amazed at how easy it was to light and use. Pellets are cheaper and easier to use than propane. We are really pleased with our Big Timber!!

Assembly was pretty straightforward (the video instructions they have posted on YouTube are great!) and it doesn’t take all that long. Wow! Got the Big Timber this afternoon, assembled it, and now I am drinking eggnog perfectly toasting warm on a 30 degree F night. I have to rotate to keep all my body parts at one temperature…hot! The only problem I see in this heater is now I want two! Or maybe four! Great American design and craftsmanship.

This is by far the best option for our outdoor guests ! Bar none, we looked at all options ( mushroom , infrared ,”San Diego ” propane, Etc.) These guys really figured it out . The least and best heat delivery system for the cheapest way to deliver!! Pellets are a fraction of the cost of propane.

As a family we sat on the deck watching the snow fall. The warmth of the patio heater and a cup of hot chocolate was the best 3 hours of my week. The body of the heater puts off enough heat, my son was in shorts and socks about 6 feet away. Easy to move and easy to use. Pellets are better then dealing with wood.

This is a great product. I wish you could adjust the pellet flow easier but otherwise I’m really happy with it. One $5 bag of pellets lasts several hours.
